Odau

Users & Teams

Everyone in the organisation. Whether a person is still here decides more than this page shows — it moves System Health, the adoption denominator, and whether access reads as orphaned.

Directory

Searched rather than browsed. Every change is recorded against your name.

Type at least two characters. The directory holds everyone in the organisation, so it is searched rather than browsed.

What A Departure Does

Recording a departure marks the person as no longer employed and dates it. Applications they owned lose their active System Owner, which costs each of those records System Health points, and the adoption denominator drops because it counts current employees only.

It does not revoke their access. Access still held by somebody who has left is an orphaned account, and Odau surfaces those as a standing security finding rather than quietly clearing them — removing the evidence would remove the reason anybody looks. Revoking is done in Access Controls, where it is decided by a person and recorded as such.

Nobody is deleted. People are referenced by ownership, approvals, access grants and the audit trail; removing one would leave that history pointing at nothing. A departure is reversible.
