The timezone decides what date the product records as today for anything it stores — a revocation, a departure, a review — and the zone every timestamp is rendered in. Changing it changes what “today” means, not only how a date looks.
The fiscal year is read by the Fiscal Year period in Reports and in all four Intelligence lenses, so a year starting in April reports April to March rather than calendar quarters relabelled.
